zfs failed drive

Hi, I'm testing freenas and made few mirrored zfs volumes. If I pull a drive out the status of the zpool still shows healthy. I can't figure out what I'm missing.

This is a known issue with FreeBSD, search and read the forums a little more, it's been discussed a bunch.
