Windows 10 guest crashing

I have successfully installed Windows 10 in virtual machines. However, it frequently crashing during boot. I cannot any logs in /var/log. I need to troubleshoot but I do not know where to start. I cannot find the logs.

FreeBSD 11.2 Stable
Intel E3 Xeon v3-1220 3Ghz
Supermicro x11ssm-f
32GB ECC memory

No. But when I tried using only FreeBSD 12, its running perfect fine. I following this guide. What I need FreeNAS because of ease of use for most part I frequently use - jails, vm and ports. BTW I am mostly working in MS server stack.
