VNC Display issues new VM

Hi all

I have just moved over to freenas 12. The last thing I need to to set up is a VM for a few things. When i connect via VNC (From Freenas GUI) the screen looks all scrambled.
Any ideas on how to fix this ? As I am unable to set up or install anything on the VM

When I connect via a VNC client I get the same to.

So this only happens on Debian 10 Net install

I vaguely remember something with the VNC device resolution. I use 1024x768 here which works.
