truenas scale how can I backup config and reinstall onto new boot drive

I have installed TrueNAS-SCALE-21.08-BETA.2 on a fresh server. The boot drive was a 1TB hard drive. I have multiple smaller hard drives, which i would like to use a mirrored pair instead of the 1TB to boot from and free it up for other uses. I am unable to find an option to backup the configuration before a reinstall.

I already have TrueCharts and apps running on the server. There are also init and startup scripts setup, which i would prefer not to have to recreate.
Is the only way to do a configuration backup when doing an upgrade to the scale installation itself?

I did find in System settings: General, click on Manage Configuration, Download file. I was searching for backup/config, but eventually found it.
