Did you change hardware (motherboard), or did you change any BIOS setting? If not, then your USB stick is maybe corrupted. Reinstall FreeNAS, if the problem persists, try another USB stick.
Thanks fro your reply. I have changed the motherboard, processor and RAM. However, the problem was solved as soon as I plugged the Sony USB device into USB 2.0 socket. It somehow giving errors on a USB 3.0 socket.
