Invalid Format Error during Installation

I downloaded FreeNAS-9.2.1.9-RELEASE-x86.img and used Win32 Disk Imager to write the image file to a SanDisk 16 GB USB memory stick. I then rebooted my computer and received the following output:

Sorry, but at this point you are on your own.

32-bit FreeNAS is dead. 9.3, which is due in just a few days, will be 64-bit only and requires 8GB of RAM. Before you get into using FreeNAS you need to consider either getting more appropriate hardware or simply not using FreeNAS.
