What information does the config file hold? Just settings like ip address and domain name and server name? Does it contain information on the ZFS pool at all? Thanks KAI

Yes, it holds info on the ZFS pool, but not critical. If you were to lose it, you could still import your pool without losing any data. If you look over in the HowTo section here in the forums, there's a tutorial on dumping and looking at the database.

Yes, it holds info on the ZFS pool, but not critical. If you were to lose it, you could still import your pool without losing any data. If you look over in the HowTo section here in the forums, there's a tutorial on dumping and looking at the database.
