Busy doesn't mean what you think it means. Well, you proved with the first test that your disks can do 150MB/sec or so, so the problem isn't your hard drives.

I have something that's bugging me:

zpool iostat 1

capacity operations bandwidth
pool alloc free read write read write

zfs list:

Storage 1.13T 614G 604K /mnt/Storage


I have 4 1 TB raidz2 pool. Isn't the first size wrong?

Totally unrelated question to the thread.. but zfs list and zpool iostat use different information to give you those numbers. Those numbers look about right for the conditions. Search the forums for the detailed explanation on why.
