Not able to Set SMB or FTP share Untill add user to Wheel Group

I am using FreeNAS (11.2) from last 2 week Now i am Using 11.3 Beta 1 ,
When i try to share a folder on SMB with another user it always give me error contact administrator but every time i add that user to wheel group he can login, I try to create a primary group and add him and my admin account on same group give permissions to that group from Pool dataset create new dataset but every time same result in last i got one solution add user to same group (Wheel) and also give deny permission from windows PC in advance security write and Delete deny .
After that i am okk my problem solve
But today when i want a ftp folder it also not working My steps for FTP Server
1st Create a dataset scan Folder and give permission to FTP group
2nd Create a user name scan and add that user to ftp group
3rd give user home directory inside Dataset Scan folder
4th Enable ftp service
last attemp i add scan user to wheel and its working but it can access my whole NAS that i don't want
So any one have solution so tell me .

Sounds like you may have too strict of permissions on /mnt/datapool. Your user/group needs execute(x) on that. Unless you explicitly intend to set an ACL on the path, it's better to use the permissions editor.
