The big one is the remote root exploit in samba.
However we added support for compressing replication jobs in flight, and also support for disabling encryption on replication jobs, which provides a speed boost if you are using hardware that can't do line speed gigE encrypted SSH (think an older atom) or using 10Gbe, however your data goes plain text over the wire!
