Pool state degraded ?

I am getting the error "The volume ali_pool state is DEGRADED: One or more devices are faulted in response to persistent errors. Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue functioning in a degraded state." the shell reads

Am I right in thinking this is just one of my drives failing ? or has something messed up ? if so how can I fix this ? I am using the latest freenas I belive 11.1 any help would be massivly appreciated.
