Hello,
I just finished upgrading my FreeNAS server to an MSI Z490-A Pro motherboard, 18GB of memory, and an Intel i5 10400. My objective here was to upgrade my hardware before upgrading to the latest version of TrueNAS. So, I've got the system booted but the onboard ethernet port is not appearing as a network interface I can configure. Therefore the server is not connecting to the internet. I believe the issue stems from the spotty driver support for the motherboard's Realtek® RTL8125B-CG 2.5G LAN Controller. On their website, they do appear to have driver support for FreeBSD versions 7 & 8. But the directions included in the Read Me don't seem to follow in FreeNAS.
Any suggestions?
