10GbE solution for laptop

Does anyone know of a laptop with integrated 10GbE or a docking station with 10GbE - preferably with an Intel chipset?
I've only found ones with really bad reviews.

The first uses an Aquantia AQC107S, the second a Marvell AQC107S (it's the same thing).
Don't think there are any available for fiber connection.

If you want Intel, you almost certainly have to build it yourself, with an external PCIe chassis connected via Thunderbolt and whatever NIC you want.

That's actually a pretty cool idea. With the PCIe lanes from the Thunderbolt connection I could even go dual 10Gb with a X710-DA2!
