Salve ho un pc con ram senza ecc è sicuro tariffa in piscina con queste ram oppure è meglio se creo un raid dalla scheda madre e poi lo stesso importo su freenas
vorrei capire se usare zfs senza ram ecc.

FreeNAS always uses ZFS, and putting ZFS on top of hardware RAID is pretty much never a good answer. There's nothing about FreeNAS/ZFS that makes ECC RAM any more important than it would be for any other OS/filesystem--the question is one of how important is your data. Here's a relevant article:
