TrueNAS Scale: Reset network to new network card

Before I purchase an "Intel Desktop Ethernet CT" card, I want to make sure I cannot fix my problem with a 30 second config tweak through the TrueNAS Scale web interface.

A very common goal: I want to replace the functioning 1Gb motherboard network with a new 2.5Gb network card (TRENDnet 2.5GBase-T PCIe Network Adapter, TEG-25GECTX). I have installed the new network card and it seems that TrueNAS Scale is seeing that something is there since there is a new entry on the dashboard called enp35s0.

From my dashboard:

From the Network menu item:

I want to turn off the current network and turn on the new one, with the same IP address if possible, re-boot and have all traffic going through the new card.

I have looked at many posts related to this but I'm confused between TrueNAS Core vs Scale, BSD vs Linux, Intel vs other network cards, etc.

Any hints would be appreciated. Including "get rid of that Windows-only card!". Thanks.

I purchased a "2.5GBase-T PCIe Network Adapter RTL8125B 2500/1000/100Mbps PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Card RJ45 LAN Controller Support PXE for Windows/Linux/MAC" and got it working with some configuration in the "Network" section of the TrueNAS web interface. The previous card will go into the kid's Windows desktop.
