time for new drives.

So, I have 6 8tb WD red drives reaching a stage where I'm starting to worry about them failing. Smart report below. (Shoutout to @joesmuck for his guide) I have 17tb left on my pool and don't really need bigger drives. So, I'm wondering, should I just let them die peacefully or replace them? I like the 6 drive Z2 config, though 3x 18 TB drives will be more than enough space wise. The question becomes, how much slower would 3 drives be? Or should I just stay with 8tb drives?
