Resilvering keeps restarting

Yes it is, ada3 is timing out in the first part while you are getting a I/O error in the latter (likely related to SMR drives).
Output of camcontrol identify ada1 | grep 'model' and camcontrol identify ada3 | grep 'model' please.

But why does this matter? All WD red are made for NAS?

It matters - because SMR hard drive aren't compatible with ZFS. (cause performance and data issues) - WD sneak SMR drives (guess to save cost, increase profit) into the NAS line. (eventually they admitted)
