Hey Team,

I finally took the plunge and picked up a Supermicro X10SLL-F Xeon combo off of ebay.
I am estimating running 4-5 drives (Type TBD; probably need at least 750W) and going to give TrueNAS Scale a shot.

What would a good reasonable power supply be for this board?

Thanks in advance!

Sort of a weird question; the board probably takes 20 watts or so, the CPU takes a variable amount depending on how "big" the CPU is, I think the cap would be 95W for a 1285v4, memory and I/O could take anywhere from 10 to 200 watts, and don't put a GPU in there if you have a watt budget. Basically you've given us one of the parts with the lowest power budget and asked what size PSU do you need.

You're probably better off following the sizing guidance outlined here in the forums.
