NordVPN installation for Transmisson

Hi there

I have my freenas running nicely with plex, sickrage and transmission working fine. I've just subscribed to NordVPN and I would like to setup it on my freenas for transmission. I'm a freenas noob thus can someone help me please and send me step by step instruction how to install and configure NordVPN on freenas and transmission. Thank you.

https://nordvpn.com/tutorials/linux/openvpn/ indicates that you have to first install openvpn and then download the nordvpn configuration files.

You can install openvpn (and if needed, unzip) using the instructions in http://doc.freenas.org/9.10/jails.html#installing-freebsd-packages. Sounds like you'll want to do everything using the shell of the transmission plugin. http://doc.freenas.org/9.10/jails.html#managing-jails shows the location of the plugin's shell button.

Did you ever find the solution to this? I have Nord as well and im a bit lost with how to configure it

Hi mate. No I haven't tried to solve it yet. I was moving countries and my freenas server was in a shipping container for a month :) I've just managed to get it up and running again
