Network Transfer speed

Hi all, I installed a Truenas System 2 months ago, i used to get a 100 mb/s data transfer speed over network(cat6 cables). Now suddenly the Speed drop down to 10 mbs/s, can anyone help please?

What is "100mb/s"? Is that megabits per second? Megabytes per second? Millibits per second?
