Hello,
I need some helping hand on deciding which RAM to grab for my system.
As MB I have decided that https://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon/C236_C232/X11SSM-F.cfm suits my needs with an I3-6300.
On the RAM side I do not have the knowhow to understand which ram is needed for maximum ZFS safety and what the difference is. I think I need 1.2V UDIMM ECC
So here are 2 links to possible contenders:
· Write CRC is supported at all speed grades
· CA parity (Command/Address Parity) mode is supported
Is this a feature I need? Or is the Hynix sufficient.
Update 01: The Hynix wont be ideal ... it is 64 bit instead of the required 72 bit
Thank you for the aid.
