how to replace a disk in ufs RAID3?

Hi I'm really new at this but I am just reading about zfs and nothing on how to replace a disk in ufs RAID3. Please someone with experience who can help me.
And my other question is whether you should create 4 discs with 3 of them one RAID3 ufs volume and the other as just another add ufs volume? I run some risk if the volume without raid dies?
