HDD failing?

Hi. I have 1 HD 500GB with FreeNAS-11.2-U2 installed and 3 HD with 1TB each used on a jail. Recently, I noticed that my jail was VERY slow (simple commands like df -h took ages to output) then I rebooted my machine to see if I could find any errors. When it began to boot, I saw a lot of ATA STATUS: 51 (DRDY SERV ERR), ERROR: 84 (ICRC ABRT) on ata0, ata1, ata2 and ata3.
I ran smartctl to check for errors but now I'm even more confuse because it says SMART overall-health self-assessment test result: PASSED while above says

A properly configured pool should allow for one failed disk. But removing one for testing purposes when two others are throwing errors, is shooting yourself in the foot. Can you ssh in to the NAS and collect the "zpool status" output? Post it here using the "code" tags in editor tools bar.

I'm using an old Hp Proliant Ml110 G4 server.

About the SATA cables, I already changed them. Maybe mobo is fauty?

I suggest you get the data out of this system while you still can and spend some time figuring out what is wrong with the hardware because the CRC errors in the SMART results you had previously shared indicate a cable problem but the system, if I recall correctly, has a drive backplane.
It's not looking good.
