Not true unless you disable the timer or are in a situation which keeps accessing the drives. Currently the user hasn't established the system with running FreeNAS software so with the hours of time on the drives and the testing being done, it could look much worse.

@Ceetan I would wait until you have your FreeNAS system up and running before worrying about the LCC values. If once you get the system operational and you see the numbers climb over a count of 100 in a day then you may want to make a change to the head parking timer, however the count could go as high as 288 per day and that is still within the manufacturer specs. Once FreeNAS is running it is likely that your drives will be accessed more frequently than 5 minutes which is what I believe the default timer is set for these days. If you need to change the timer, there is a nice long thread on how to make the change and it's very easy to do. I disabled my head parking timer over 3 years ago and the drives are going strong.
