FreeNAS 11 - Drives Won't Spin Down

Here's my HDD activity.

Any ideas? The system dataset is on the boot drive (ada4) and not the zpool.

@FreeNASBob the spinning down of NAS hard drives is controversial.
The thread found here, makes for some interesting reading regarding
common sense points against this configuration. I'm not trying to sway
you one way or the other, but thought you might find the info credible.

There are reasons for it and reasons not to. It depends on your specific use case.

ataidle -S 30 /dev/ada0 spins the drive down and it doesn't wake up again until I directly touch the zpool, suggesting FreeNAS is not accessing it. However, once it wakes up it does not spin down again unless I manually use ataidle again.
