SOLVED Error With Owncloud Update

We have a major power outage a couple of days ago and our server had to be hard started. When the server came back up, own cloud was throwing a php exception. We logged into the admin of freenas and attempted an update to the owncloud server since it had not been upgraded in a while. The upgrade brought back the owncloud interface, but it is now stuck on an upgrade screen and now throws an error about not being able to update in between major releases. Is there anyway to re-install owncloud without losing all of our users data? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

We fixed the issue. We changed the version in the config file for own cloud to match the one it was trying to update and the update went through successfully.
