Wondering if anyone has been able to get one of these UPS's working? None of the CyberPower drivers that I have tried worked except the CPS 400e (usbhid-ups) which worked once, powered the system down correctly but when I started the system up again I am back to the same connect failed: connection failure: connection refused message.
FreeNAS-11.1-U5
Running upsd -DD reports the following;

I don't have much nix experience and any help would be appreciated.

according to this Network UPS Tools page, this model should work with that usbhid-ups driver.
Check your copy of the User Guide and make sure you FreeNAS is configured properly.
Other than that, with the info you have provided, we have no way to help out.

Thanks for your reply BigDave. I saw the page you linked and that is what led me to try the usbhid-ups driver. It is a slightly different model (HG vs mine which is HGa). I believe my FreeNAS is configured properly as a am able to get an old CyberPower 1000AVR working with my test system. What other information can I give you that would help troubleshoot this?
