@asap2go which version did you upgrade from? Which chart are you using? We are unable to reproduce this issue.

Updated from latest Bluefin 22.12.4.
Apps were frigate and NextCloud from truenas official catalog.
The images are still there as far as I can see. But the apps do not show up.
Tried restarting twice.
Everything else works nicely.

Not seen this issue but can you unset and reset your apps pool, not sure this will help but it might.

Sadly no.
App service failed to start after update and apps pool was not set then. Also advanced settings showed network config was empty which I reassigned.
I set the apps pool and restarted.

Now I unset it and set it up again. No change. Apps are not discovered.

Also I can't find my snapshots from pool/ix-applications which I had several of o_O

I'll do that when I'm off work.
Got an error after latest restart:
"Missing '/mnt/pool/ix-applications/config.json' configuration file. Specify force to override this and let system re-initialize applications."
Now apps pool can't be set anymore.
Did the migration from K3 to Kubernetes fail?

Sorry for the challenges you are facing, but to support further we will need a ticket with a debug; that ticket will really help us understand the specifics of your issue.

Not sure what happened to me but my Nvme L2ARC stopped being recognised by the pool. I did not yet upgrade the pool with the new feature flags. I tried a reboot which didn't help and because it was only a cache drive I removed and re-added it back to the pool, which is fine, but something didn't work right with it.

When you say it won't allow the pool to be set are you seeing the dialog to set the pool and there are no options, or are you not getting the option to set the pool? or something else? Trying to see if I can reproduce this issue before you can get us a debug.

I can choose the pool, click choose and receive the error message I quoted afterwards.

I'm a little stunned - I updated from Bluefin fully expecting all my TrueCharts apps would stop working and I'd have weird network issues to sort out etc. However this was probably the most boring major release update I have ever done on a NAS... literally zero problems other than apparently some automatic snapshots not being able to be created (I'll ignore that, hopefully it'll sort itself out).

I'm impressed, and a little concerned. It's never this easy...

Guess you were lucky. I tried the RC1, eventually had to reinstall all my (Truecharts) apps

So I'll wait it out for a few days...

You might be having the same issue I have
Check my ticket and see if it matches: https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/browse/NAS-124776

Update:
Jira ticket NAS-124808

Update 2:
Noticed that the re-added L2ARC isn't being reported in the reporting section.
Jira ticket NAS-124809

Update 3: The L2ARC disappeared from the pool again after reboot
