Can't upgrade any of my servers from 11.3 to 12

Good day,

I'm not able to upgrade any of my FreeNAS servers runnning 11.3 to TrueNAS 12.

It get stuck at Update manifest

I tries to change the update train many times and it constantly revert to 11.3 after having be successfully changed to 12 at first

I try to update by clicking Apply

It ran for about couples minutes then it fail

I can reproduce this with my other servers as well.
What do I need to do with this to fixing it?

Check free space on your boot pool.

Try a reboot before switching trains.
