No Upgrade Option from 11.2-U8 to TrueNAS 12

Hi, I just updated my FreeNAS box to FreeNAS-11.2-U8 with plans to upgrade to TrueNAS 12. When the box rebooted and it came back up but I do not have anything in the drop down or any way to change the Train to TrueNAS 12. I also had the message in my Alerts "Update Train EOL Reached". Looking for some guidance if you can help. Below are the pictures of what I see in my Update fields.

I have/had the exact same problem as Thousandbuckle. I upgraded as far as I could through the GUI to 11.3-U-something. But then only 12-nightlies were available.
