APC Netshelter CX Rack

I have the opportunity to buy a used APC Netshelter CX 18U rack for cheap.
But first I would like to know if anyone here has any firsthand experience with these racks?

1: Do they really dampen the sound as good as they say?
2: How are the thermals in these things?
3: How is it to work with?

I hope anyone here has some knowledge to share, as I do not want to go throw away my money on snake oil :)

I have the opportunity to buy a used APC Netshelter CX 18U rack for cheap.

If it is cheap and you have a place to put it, APC racks are really nice, but I have not used one of their soundproofed models, just the regular 42u data-center models. As nice as the ones I work with are, I imagine this one would be really good.

Thanks for the reply, If I go for it I will come back with some firsthand experience of the rack.
I have not decided yet, it is a heavy piece of metal, and just the shipping of it will generate some problems for me :S
