After upgrade to 23.10.0: Failed to start kubernetes cluster for Applications

Hi,

these are the error messages. How can I get my apps back to work.

Critical
Failed to start kubernetes cluster for Applications: Cannot connect to host 127.0.0.1:6443 ssl:default [Connect call failed ('127.0.0.1', 6443)]
