I can do it 2118-8i now its IT mode.

When i try my 9341-8i card computer cant found it? At start i can go card bios if i want to it.

Yeah, the usual problem is that people who don't know better will call the MegaRAID cards "IR mode", which it isn't. IR mode will fall under the same mpr/mps driver but be a few percent slower. If it's showing up as mpr/mps, it's usable, assuming the firmware rev is correct. If it's showing up as mfi, it's not. End of story.

I should point out that LSI 3Gbps mpt based cards still work fine, with the caveat that they're limited to 2.2TB HDD's (32 bit LBA limit). "Very old" is all relative in this biz.

While old well tested, your 9211-8i will support >2TB drives just fine, since it's SAS-2.

Its done \o/. I found one guide and that say put jumper on TP12 and then i can do it :). Thx to all :)

I highly recommend you try to find a newer FW Revision. 16.00.01.00 is too old and will probably cause problems.
Get FW 16.00.12.00, no less.

Edit: You can probably use the FW from this package together with the guide you followed.
