I'm having similar problems on all my windows 8 and 8.1 machines. IE doesn't even come close to working correctly; in Chrome I have problems with some of the menus - the buttons at the bottom of the frame don't appear when I select a volume in the storage screen, same thing in the view users screen. Clearing cache has no effect whatsoever on the problem. I think John Oo hit the nail on the head - it does work if I use the touch screen, or touch screen emulation in the developer console. Problem is, not all my win 8 machines have touch screens. Is there a way to make chrome act like there is no touch screen? Using Firefox would be ok, I guess, but that's not really a fix for the actual problem. I already have to have 2 browsers because of some line of business apps we use that only work with IE, I'd prefer not to have 3.
