Hello All,
My ada5 disk keeps falling off of my pool. This is the third time. I get the following error on the GUI when it happens:
The pool status is as follows:
Looking at the log around the time disk dropped off, this is what I can find related to ada5.
There does not seem to be any errors on the disk.
Is there anything else I can check on why this disk keeps dropping off? It's a relatively new disk which I bought around 4 months ago.
