Hello All,

My ada5 disk keeps falling off of my pool. This is the third time. I get the following error on the GUI when it happens:

The pool status is as follows:

Is there anything else I can check on why this disk keeps dropping off? It's a relatively new disk which I bought around 4 months ago.

Thanks for any input.

Do you have any RAID cards between the disks and the motherboard?

Thanks for the replies.

I don't have any RAID cards. The drives connect directly to the motherboard's SATA ports.

All the cables are properly secured. I have, for now, swapped the SATA cable with a new one and connected power from a different cable.

I'll watch out for few days to see if it happens again.

OK, after much troubleshooting, it appears one of the SATA ports on the motherboard is misbehaving.

I have moved drives off it for now. So far, so good. Let's see if that helps ...
