Update went wrong

So I did the update to Freenass last night, and the Gui interface is now not operating properly.. When I click on anything on the dashboard Nothing happens, It doesn't snap into another page or anything..

What version you updated from and which version you updated to? 11.2-U2? Any error messages in the console footer? There are quite some issues with 11.2.

Edit: Following error i had `ELF interpreter /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 not found` as also found here.

Yes the version I updated to was 11.2-U2. There was a message in the footer but I ignored it.. I do believe the message said something went wrong with one of my drives, It didn't specifically say which or what was wrong thou

Ok. But you can at least still login via web gui? Can you alternatively login via SSH? I guess a lot of people in the forum can share commands to get error information but you need to provide some kind of information. So either

If web gui access -> click on footer (on the bottom and paste content) or open _Terminal_ on the left and see following ssh access

If ssh access -> following commands always help and don't do any harm

There is no footer I have an alert area where the Bell is in the top right hand Corner, if you mean shell I can't even access that It won't let me into Shell

You might want to roll back to 11.1 from the console as it sounds like you won't be able to do that from the web UI. There are quite a few issues with 11.1-U2.

You will need to attach a monitor and keyboard to the FreeNAS server and then follow instructions at https://www.ixsystems.com/documentation/freenas/11.2/install.html#if-something-goes-wrong. However, before you do that, try accessing the legacy Web UI and see if you can change the boot environment through that interface. This is an easier route if it works.

So I did the update to Freenass last night, and the Gui interface is now not operating properly.. When I click on anything on the dashboard Nothing happens, It doesn't snap into another page or anything..

I wonder if you already went back to your previous version?

There is also the possibility of accessing the "Legacy UI" by selecting that at the login screen. If the new UI is not working, you may be able to get to a usable interface by adding /legacy at the end of the address you use to access your FreeNAS. On my system it would look like this:
http://192.168.1.103/legacy

If you can get into the system, it would be helpful if you could submit a bug report.
