Main Issue: Unable to connect outside of LAN
What configuration running: TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.0 (Stats attached)

What are the goals for use:
Backup storage of home data
VM hosting
Media storage/access
Viewing of media through Firestick connection
VPN access to the device

Troubleshooting steps taken:
Error: Unable to assign IP during initial installation of TrueNAS Core
Remediation: Purchased upgraded NIC and installed
Status: Resolved

Error: Unable to set static IP
Remediation: Used provided DHCP range to assign working static IPs
Status: Resolved

Error: Unable to load applications
Remediation: After reviewing comments on page, converted from Core to Scale
Remediation: Set Default IPv4
Remediation: Updated timedatectl to Denver time zone where I live, as compared to the initial set up for Los Angeles time zone via shell.
Status: Still unable to load applications

Error: Unable to ping outside of LAN
Remediation: confirmed cables plugged in
Remediation: confirmed set up steps taken correctly
Status: Still unable to connect outside of LAN

Requesting assistance with the last two errors.

What are your network settings in TrueNAS? How does the rest of your network look like?

You have no DNS servers - fix that and it should work

In addition to DNS servers (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 will work if you don't otherwise know what to put there), the gateway address is questionable. That should be the IP address of your router, and most of the ones I've seen end in .1 or occasionally .254. Make sure that address is correct, and I'd also suggest removing the IPv6 gateway entirely.

Changed the Default IPv4 and DNS Servers based on results from ipconfig /all from my laptop. Still does not result in positive comms outside of LAN.

No reply from either gateway of console.
What you posted looks troublesome, but I was asking whether you could ping the gateway from the NAS, not from your Windows machine.
