Truenas scaleweb interface could not be accessed after fresh install and was working

truenas scale web interface was working however after a reboot it gave the error 'web interface could not be accessed please chexk network configuration'
its connected via Ethernet and have confirmed that the Ethernet is working with another pc

i tried doing a fresh install of truenas scale howevee the problem still persists. Unsure of what to do any help would be greatly appreciated
