Hi,

i just migrated our TrueNAS core (latest version) to Scale. It's running on a supermicro X11SPH-nCPTF Intel(r) Xeon(R).
I can reach the Bios etc. via Ethernet. But the webinterface is could not be accessed.
When I enter network interface and do the query, the normal ethernet show up.
When starting up, it also tells me, that LDAP didn't work.

Does anybody can give me any help, what to do / perform?

Edit: When I boot in TrueNAS Core again, it does work and I can access web user interface.

Is the IP address of TrueNAS reachable and does SSH work??

What do you use LDAP for?

No reaction when I ping the IP.

I don't use LDAP, but I noticed that the starting sequence of TrueNAS gave me an error about that, so I mentioned.

So, its an IP networking issue... not a web interface issue.

Can you document/review your networking environment as well as the TrueNAS networking set-up. Things like default gateways have to be correct.

Thanks morganL!

The regular environment is (working in Core):

Router: 10.1.20.1
Nameserver: 10.1.20.1
IPv4 Gateway: 10.1.20.1
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
IP Address ixl0 : 10.1.20.106/24 (SFT+ connection to 10GbE Switch)
-> DHCP: no
-> IPv6: no

As far as I am aware that correspond to the network interface query from the TrueNAS Scale. (See 1st post screenshot)

What would be the best way to check Gateway, Subnet etc. from the command line next to "network interface "> "query" ?

I solved the issue.

After rebooting in scale, i switched to DHCP, allowed auto IPv6 configuration and enabled hardware accleration. After that I tried again to install scale and it worked without issues (so far).
