I see a lot of people on the forum reacting to this question，Why not fix such a big BUG ，FreeNAS 11 read and write 500M/S now true NAS Only 200M/S

*Some* of the devs do keep track of the forums, but yea, its hit-n-miss, too much other traffic to monitor :)

Patrick is correct though, please do file a ticket on jira.ixsystems.com. We have two known issues now with Intel / Chelsio NIC performance on 12, which we have patches in testing for. Expecting those fixes to land shortly after the new year.

@Patrick M. Hausen and @Kris Moore Same issue with Mellanox ConnectX-4 NICs. Exact same hardware, on Freenas 11 speeds are 1.2 GB/S, but once I upgraded to Truenas 12 I now get speeds around 800 MB/s all the time. Can You please let us know if this is also in the upcoming fix, or that You are at least aware of the same issue on Mellanox NIC's ?

:-/ I'm not aware of issues with Mellanox specifically. Please open a new ticket and attach your debug. We may have to investigate if its network related or something else.
