Sabnzbd - after upgrading to v1.0 slower downloads

I have a 500mbps up/down pipe.

Before on version 0.7 of sabnzbd i was able to get about 300 mbps download, after upgrading (no changes to any settings), im only seeing about 60mbps max.

Is anyone else seeing this?

my home internet speeds don't allow me to get that high. I max my connection at 21MBps = 168mbps
