As the topic says:
I ran the update using system -> update. The system restarted. And now the two biggest issues I have discovered is that I am not longer able to just jump right into a CIFS share as once before and none of my jails can resolve hostnames. They can ping outside IPs, but its like DNS is not working anymore. I can ping google.com from regular freeNAS shell.

Regarding the jails, is /etc/resolv.conf correct in each jail?

I think I was having network DNS issues. I resolved them. However the CIFS share is still requiring me to login now when it never has before. Did something change in the last update?

You can always doublecheck what happened by going to http://download.freenas.org/9.3/STABLE, clicking that SU (and any in between ones if you haven't updated in a while), and reading its Changelog. The Changelog should include the bug #s and any non-bug referenced commits that went into that SU.
