Problems with accessing servers and updates

I'm sorry if this is already asked and solved, but I've just upgraded to Scale from Core, and I'm having trouble with the apps and update search. When I attempt to get the apps pulled up, I get the following message:

I've checked the BIOS clock and all... Anyone have any ideas?
