Plex server does not see my media in Plex web UI

PLEASE HELP me for a week I can not configure PLEX SERVER I am not see my media in web ui:in jail add storage I put source /mnt/HDD1/Media destination /media i am very very beginner please help in understand language

What instructions were you following, if any?

In Plex, you need to add the library "/media".

Also, you should be able to go into the jail and look at "/media" and see all your movies. If you can't do that then you set something wrong in FreeNAS.

I know that but you see I cant add library because it not have see picture plex web ui
1. I add volume its HDD1
2 datasheet its HDD1 automatically in Freenas 11
3 datasheet in HDD1 /Media
then share that's Media I have Transmission plugin installed and that work properly
4 instal Plex plugin
5add storage source mnt/HDD1/Media destination /media
when start plex Web Gui I cant add my library because they not have please see

Where your screen says "/var/db/plexdata/Plex Media Server" Manually type "/media" and hopefully that will work.

In your Plex add library dialog box, type out the media storage path exactly as you see it from your FreeNAS Plex jail storage destination.

In my case, these are the storage source and destinations for my Plex jail. From the Plex web UI, I would add /mnt/scratch/plex/tv and so forth for the rest of my media sources.

Have you tried doing what I mentioned in my prior post? I had the same problem as you did. You have to manually type the source directories of your TV, Movies, etc. in Plex from your jail storage destination mount points.

I did that not help me in normaly my plex Webgui should be like this picture

In this screen shot what happens when you click add for the /media path? It should add that as media source in plex.

I had the same issue as OP. ended up typing in manually the "/media/XXXXX" and it was able to find it. Do not know why it was stuck in the plexdata folder and could not go back to the root of the jail. Oh well.
