Plex Plugins Codec/Transcode

Buonasera a tutti!
I have just switched back from Corall... I have install my Plex and Transmisson plugins like i have done for month during the 9.10 version and everything works. I have just tried to start a file that need to be transcoded, when i'm starting it i'm seeing a proble that say:

Code:

Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install.

Yeahhh, i now that is permession-related problem... I have created a dataset for transcode with all permission (RWX) from owner, group and other. I have added the path in the jail and the path in the transcode section of Plex but i still can't solve the problem! Some can help me? :)

Yes, i solved deleting the jail dataset, restoring the deflaut permission in all my dataset (I think this wasn't necessary to all my pool) and reinstalling all.
