Plex connection problem

I tried installing Plex, which worked, I was able to go to the interface and setup Plex Media Server on https://IP:32400/web, however it stopped working after that. The jail was up and running, tried restarting, still couldn't access it, so I uninstalled it, tried installing again, and got a failure (even though the Plex jail was gone from jails datasets). I saw on a thread to try https://github.com/danb35/freenas-iocage-plex this script which worked flawlessly, setup the IP to 192.168.1.75, which is within my subnet with 255.255.255.0, which is my subnet, and default gateway 192.168.1.1 which is my router, I tried switching to 192.168.1.22 (current), didn't help. I see the jail, can restart it, open shell, etc, but still can't connect. I want to try the solution here: https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/plex-cannot-access-the-plex-web-interface.70851/ but I'm met with permission denied.

Also I'm able to ping 192.168.1.22 from my computer as well as truenas shell.

Someone please help.
