OpenVPN on TrueNas 12

Good morning!

I'm looking for help about about the new inbuilt services: OperVPN Server and OpenVPN client
I followed a tutorial on you tube but without complete success
May some good soul write a complete tutorial or help me with this problem?

I've set the Server, with CA and client certificate (it seems it is possible to generate just one for all the clients). I used TUN as stated in the tutorial but...

here comes the problem! I can't connect to the Truenas shares or other resources on my lan
I've read the some route parameter must be added to the OpenVPN Truenas service configuration

May please somebody help? Glad to offer you a beer!

I've a VDSL Router serving DHCP 192.168.0.1
My Truenas VPN Server has 10.20.1.0 (but can modify it if you judge ncessary
