No plugins available, new install of FreeNAS

Okay, before y'all slap your foreheads, I have in fact checked to see if I can ping an outside URL...yes I can. After confirming that, when I go to refresh the list, it says that, "No entry has been found". The Repository URL shown in my system is:

http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/pbi-meta/pbi-repo.rpo

...which appears to be a valid location as I can locate that via web browser.

I went ahead and rebooted the NAS and now the plugins have shown up, so nevermind.
