No Plugins - "No entry has been found"

I have already been through the following threads:

Never had this problem before. Just popped up. I have my NIC set to DHCP. Nameserver/DNS to google (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) . I can ping 8.8.8.8 and www.google.ca. www.google.ca resolves fine. Interestingly I can traceroute to downloads.freenas.com and also wget http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/pbi-meta/pbi-repo.rpo. It downloads fine in the shell with wget. So I'm rather perplexed at this point. Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem and have been through the exact same troubleshooting steps.
