NMI IOCK error?

Hi, i have installed a fresh Freenas 11.2 with this hardware configuration:

HP DL360 G7 - 64GB RAM ECC - DUAL XEON E5645 6-CORE 2.40GHZ
PMC8003 NETAPP SIERRA Rev5.0
NETAPP DS2246

After booting and creating a pool everything seems to work ok, but after a few minutes I get the error you can see on the attached image.
Any idea of what is about?
I have checked memory with memtest86 with no errors.

Hi, yes the problem was that you need the correct version of the PMC8003 card, it needs to be Rev 5.0 and the correct version is 111-00341+F2, mine was 111-00341-F1.
Why I know this? Because I have other setup running for months without a problem and F2 was the version of the PMC card.
I think I'm going the write a tutorial for the perfect setup :)
